One Year Probation!?

OK, I have an idea...We need to work together and snap out of it! Each president should serve a one year probationary period and throw him/her the heck out if he can't do the darn job!!! Then it would go to the person with the next highest votes...more incentive to take the presidency seriously...What do you think?

most new employees have 3 months probation, so why is the top job exempt
