My daughter's first word was oscar and that was not her fathers name. It was the mailman's name and I talked to him every day and that name must have attracted her. Her dad thought otherwise and life in the house was not easy when everytime this kid opened her mouth she screamed out
"oscar' oscar"oscar'.....her father was livid.
Now i look back I wish her first word was sh.. head because then she would have been referring to her father.
