Anyone know how I can pull this leech of my eyeball?!

Anyone know how I can pull this leech of my eyeball?

It's about a centimeter long , whenever I try to grab it moves to a different part of my eyeball! My closest neighbour lives 2 K's away and the bridge to town is flooded. It's freaking me out!
