Who's a vegetarian here?
How long have you been without meat? I never thought I could ever be one, but I just have more trouble eating meat lately. Thinking about all the poor animals that were killed.
Answers:
I'm a vego and have been for 11 years now... or is it 12? I do it for ethical reasons but at the same time am totally ok with everyone else eating it because it's my personal choice to not eat meat. (that includes red and white meat). I don't agree with the PROCESS that animals are killed by and the fact we kill more than what is needed therefore killing unnecessarily.
If you decide to become vegetarian the biggest advice I can give is:
1. don't go straight off meat. I went off it over about 3-4 months before I said I'm not having anymore by lowering the amount I ate. This means your body doesn't go into withdrawls of what it's used to.
2. see a doctor or nutritionist about what you will need to eat (or suppliments you might have to take) to replace those you get through meat.
