Good night everyone, sleep tight...?!

Question:

do you have a nightly ritual that you HAVE to do everynight. And if you don't do it, do yoou feel like your out of your comfort zone?

Answers:

Make sure the doors/windows are locked. Turn of all lights/electronics. I have a hard time sleeping if I don't.
