morals, but let me try and save you some money.
on that honda mower: that's one TRICKY little carb. it needs disassembled. when you pull the carb, remove the float. you'll find in the center a little tube inside a tube that acts like a fuel injector. it unscrews with a flat screwdriver.
there are about 5 rows of tiny holes you'll need to poke a thin wire through to make sure they're all open, then hit with carb cleaner. make sure to spray out the inner part as well. make sure you put the injector tube back in the same way (same END) it came out.
follow the gas line back to the little unit with a brass rod sticking out of it that's held on by a spring steel clip. take that off and spray carb cleaner in that while moving the brass rod in and out. you'll need to use the 'straw' on the cleaner to get a good dose of cleaner working thru it.
for a lawn mower, it's about as complex a carb as you'll ever see.
