*See Details Before Replying* Do you agree that people should have to take a test before they become parents?

I was watching "People's Court" and Judge Milian made a comment about how we have to answer a million questions to get a driver's liscense, but there is no test for those who want to become parents and she thinks there ought to be. Agree? Disagree? Why or why not?

Just something I was thinking about.

Somebody asked about the shelter television. Yeah, there's kind of a vote. Mostly it is based on tradition though (we always watch CSI on Speed).

I am referring in this question, however, to something I saw prior to becoming homeless that has kind of stuck with me.

I am well aware of the glaring flaws in this idea . . . but put them aside for a moment to answer the bigger question. Let's assume that there was a way to do it . . . should we?

I think it should be mandatory that everyone who wants to become parents, take classes on good parenting to build up those skills. There are way too many instances of child abuse and neglect today. :)
