Is it better to have done a lot and have nothing or have done nothing but have a lot?

how many of you with no degree and no responsibilities (other than a car payment) would take off around the country on vacation with 12000 dollars saved?

would you ever do something like that or would you need to have more money...or would your job be too important to you?

dude my job isn't anything i couldn't get again..haha
nobody wants it..so i guess you would say it sucks (however i kinda enjoy it)
but it's not like i make big bucks..i just never do anything with my money because i don't believe in having a lot of material things.
its funny every time i want to buy something nice like an hdtv or fancy computer or something i just think...i have a tv...i have a computer already...i have what i need boy that's a waste of money..

For me it is all about experiencing things...dont have a big house...expensive car...but have many many memories...been around the world several times...done many things that my friends with big houses and expensive cars dream about...in my younger days I would take off somewhere for a weekend and end up staying a year...Met people and enjoyed my life...it led me to start my own company...now I could afford the big house and expensive car but have much more fun without em...and much less pressure.
