Have you ever gone onto a site and found other users to be downright mean? What do you do about it?

I am experiencing this right now on a certain website (not Yahoo!) that is unmoderated. I was just wondering if I am the only one. If not, please tell me how to make peace with people who are not only rude, but oftentimes downright mean!

People are going to be like that everywhere you go even here. You either just ingore them or be rude back. I do both just depends on my mood that day. But who really cares what jerk has to say? I usually just have a good laugh and go on with my day. Do you really care what some 30 yr old in his mothers basement has to say to you?
