i called my guy friend a man whore
he is always textin me about hot girls and is always wanting me to fix him up with them if i know them
he is a man whore...i texted him your a little man whore then hes like what then im like yea just a bit then hes like ahh ok then

Technically, he's not a man whore. Wanting for you to set him up with girls would make him needy or desperate. But to answer your question, maybe, but it's way tamer than some other insults I've heard.
