How do I teach him a lesson...he has been trying to kill him for a few days!

well the one who is being bitten isnt fighting back and has white parts where his gills have been bitten off. i guess there is no hope..and i cant seperate them...they arent full grown and i only have a 35 gallon tank.

i just dont understand...the one getting hurt is bigger..i wish he would fight back.
