now thats pure hell MOnthly.... =) every 3 mos *every 2 months or so !!!!! earlier if the bristles are 'injured' !!!!! 3 months When the bristles start looking really old, I just changed mine two days ago.. Every 4 months 2 or 3 months something like that!!! unless I get sick then change it out when I start feeling better Every four months. Once a month because I brush quite often. Mine are those electric toothbrush. You should change it every three months. :-) when the brissels start looking nasty about once a year Every three months.

I also boil them in water when I first open the package. I've been using the same one for about six months. It still looks clean. I keep putting it off. It's just easier to use the one already open. I'm putting that at the top of my things to do list. I obviously hate to break in a new toothbrush. Every year. About every 4 months. I know they say every 6, but mine starts to get a little gross smelling, so I change it. In fact, it is about time for a new one.
