if you were stuck on a desert island and the only thing to eat to keep you alive was a can of sardines or a can of potted meat which would you choose?

Well if I had both I would eat both. If I had to choose in advance I would take the potted meat. plus you can catch minnows from the shallow water, which is pretty much like eating sardines sardines
