Do you enjoy working Alone or with Others?
Answers: As nurses, we have to work in teams to get the job done and done well and on time. The work is so hard that no one can go it alone. Both. i enjoy not having a boss, other than that i'm pretty happy both By my lonesome. alone. I prefer alone given the chance, unless it is with my hubby :) Alone Other people tend to slow me down. Depends what im working on. Somethimes alone sometimes with others.
Its depends. Alone. That way I can't complain about how it's done! It actually really depends on the situation. The majority of the time I like working alone. Mostly because I feel comfortable doing all the work, and no one is there to bother me while I'm doing it. Now, if you are talking about doing everything yourself, but having people around you doing their thing, then sometimes it's nice to have people to joke around with. Sometimes it's nice though to have peace and quiet and alone time. When it comes to business, I like working as a team and accomplishing things as a team... like synergy. Two heads are better than one.... So I guess it really depends on what has to be done. But for the most part I would have to say working alone is almost always enjoyable. both alone I like working alone. I can get more done. I have a problem focusing when I'm around everyone.
