What is our duty as a fair and just nation?!

Question:

What is our duty as a fair and just nation?

Considering we can go into Iraq without any evidence and remove a leader on the assumption he's a bad guy. So if more then 50% of us consider our leader a bad guy does that justify us raiding the White House and putting Bush in a prison? Oh wait I thought our government was supposed to represent the interest of the people like we elected it to do!

Answers: On the assumption that he was a bad guy? I think it was quite a bit more than an assumption. Not that I think we should be the world police. That is not our duty. To mind our own business and let other people solve their own problems. yeah, we elect them based on promises they make and yet we don't hold them accountable for their lack of performance... it happens all the time. I'm not a Bush fan, didn't and wouldn't vote for him but why would we want to raid the white house and put him in prison for something that Congress decided we should do, after all if you think back to your studies you'll remember that the president can't do anything without congress and senates approval and when he veto's something it still can go back for another vote and 2/3 gets congress what they want.
Our duty is to do what our forefathers said we would do and put into writing...any nation that wants our help in achieving their freedom should feel free to call on the US and we will be there to assist.
