Answers: i must get some glasses i thought it said small faeces kinks every time. Kinks (I don't even know the others) Kinks! Waterloo Sunset...the definitive 60's pop single. Kinks! Kinks...and The Small Faces hmm... difficult choice, I would have to say the kinks overall, but "all or nothing" by the small faces is better than any kinks song. does that make sense? Kinks for me. I like both and couldn`t pick one over the other... are we talking women or music ?
kinks either way lol The Kinks, my fellas favourite group, Kinks every time, their greatest hits album contains classics from beginning to end. The small faces had some good tunes such as Itchycoo park, but no where near as much as the Kinks. Kinks Ya really got me ... Kinks ! Kinks for sure!!xx Seen the Kinks live TWICE easily them! Small Faces. Couldn't choose. Both had massive influence on the music scene and neither should be under estimated. Remember the Small Faces were the precursor to the Faces (with Rod Srewart) who were one of the best live acts ever! The Kinks continued to record and do gigs long after Stevie marriott had left the Small Faces. Two great bands though! Kinks it is then. Oh man, that's a toughie. I think i'd have to go with The Kinks as i think lyrically Ray Davies has had much more influence on later bands like The Jam, Blur and Pulp. Though Ogden's Nut Gone Flake is a masterpiece. I just love the Happiness Stan story on side 2.
