that's to be a strong person Mentally or physically? Yes I have experienced alot and overcame it. I used to be able to bench 345lb but now that i'm a bit older i can barely lift my orthopedic shoes. Yeah. Mentally or physically?

Mentally probably not. Not very physically strong...but inside I must be like steel... Nope.
I'm weak mentally and physically. Yes and yes.
Physical: I can lift a 180 - 190 lb. guy onto my shoulders. I weigh 150 lbs.
Mentally: I finished reading the 4th Harry Potter at the end of second grade, started the first near the end of the middle of summer vacation. Some times. I am strong enough to deal with many pains and hardship in the life. physically no
mentaly maybe I can lift cars with my scrotum. I don't need to prove it. And there, that shows how strong I am. :P
