When a large grain elevator blows up, who pays for your house windows to be replaced?
Answers: better be the company that blew it up! the insurance company home owners insurance. Should be the grain elevators insurance then your homeowners to pick up anything left unpaid I agree with #1 The insurance company that insures your house. You or your insurance, unless you file a lawsuit, which is likely not going to be of much use. At best you might end up in a class action lawsuit from which you'd get little recompense.
So back to you/insurance.
