Hey the dog one made me think of the one and only time I tried to give a cat a bath lol
Answers: I actually give my cat a bath about every 2 months during the summer time. She's a Silver Himalayan Persian and she seems to enjoy the pampering of being shampooed. Then, the funny thing is - after wards, and because she has such long fur, she loves to have a blow dry with the hair dryer! It's the funniest thing you ever did see!
She has never scratched or bitten me! no! i give all my cats baths. they dont like it one bit either lol yes-talk about scratches and growling..hisss.lol. Yes and my cat is a good boy. As much as he hates it he just sits there and takes it! Aww he's so cute! yes...and 2 rats... yeah its funny never and i have 3!!! they never smell nasty enough to give them a bath plus they do it themselves. Cats are very clean animals Yes 2 times a year and our cat loves it. I did! It was like bathing a ninja warrior! lol i do it like once a month and he makes his paws look like fingers and grabs at the shower door there is a joke out about giving a cat a bath i couldnt tell you where to find it but its hilarious Yes, it was horrible, no fun at all. I had water soap and scratch marks everywhere. My cat hated me for weeks. My kitties had fleas and were too little for Frontline, so I had to give them a bath once a week until they were older/bigger.
They didn't like it so much LOL Yes..... It's easy. Once. She was absolutely terrified. I kept on washing her and eventually, completely against her nature, she attacked me. Three stitches later and an animal control revue, I decided to leave the cat be. It took a long time for me to explain what had happened. I took full responsibility and had to beg the city not to take my cat away. It was my own fault. For the 13 years after that, she never once bit me. It was only that one time when terror triggered a natural response. yes.

...i never did it again though. Yes many times. Most of the time we ended up getting clawed to death. Not very easy to do. No, but I had to give my rabbit a bath. My little brother poured syrup all over its back.
OMG, it let out the loudest screech ever. Scared me to death. And it's legs stretched out so far and it went nuts in the tub...
just hose the fur ball off in the yard next time. I have to tell to this questoin a very sad story:

I am regular member in a sauna. One day I heard a desparated "meaow" from a cat when I was sitting inside the saunaroom. I heard this from time to time and was asking others from where it comes. They said that this is since yetserday, but they don't know from where.
I looked behind the saunaroom and found a cat trapped in a small hole behind the saunaroom. We tried then to get the at out of it and finally succed. The cat was so afraid that she jumped in the Hotwaterpool, we could not control her and she swam in an extrem fast speed to the other side of this 2 meterpool (the water was 45°C). Then she ran away in high speed outside of the sauna. We was happy that she survived the hole.
We found the cat next morning dead in a corner near to our sauna. We are not sure why the cat died, was it the shock, was it the hot water? Anyway, I just wanted to tell this about the question of bathing a cat.
I am still very sad when I think about it ... I love Cats! I had a cat that loved baths, he got one at least once a week
