Who here hates Pennies?
Answers: We should do away with them! Like in the Army! We didn't have pennies overseas. If it was 2.99, you paid $3. If it was 2.96, you paid $2.95. not me I do-but you have to have them. blehh pennies are STOOPID! the store?? the money?? or people named Pennie?? I'm lost! A waste of copper if you ask me. I DO!! They are useless and orange!! ever put one in your mouth? yuck Haha I kind of read that last word incorrectly the first time I saw it :x I don't hate pennies, I adore them YES cuz it's 187 on a mothafuckn penny I'll take all your pennies if you don't want them. I'm trying to create a big Scrooge McDuck type vault where I can swim through them. The more pennies I have, the more of a reality this becomes. I don't know. i dooooooooooooo you know how they say: "a penny saved is a penny earned" No look after the pence and the pounds will look after themselves I say ban the penny! Not me, they add up to dollars, and if it don't make money, then it don't make sense!!!! For real, they really have no purpose but to sit in jars and be spent once a year at the local coinstar. I do! You know when I went o Iceland to visit Keflavic AFB they were actually not using pennies any more. It was worth the trouble or shipping to use them so we they rounded everything. It was great but sometimes its was like I was getting jipped. I throw all mine in a jar and turn them into the bank at the end of the year...i dont like the supermarket machine. They take $ .08 per dollar so I just take it to the bank. not me, only because they are the coolest treasure to littlle kids. it's so cute. I don't hate pennies....I just wish that they would magically turn into dollars!
I do have a bad habit of sucking them up in the vacuum cleaner though! Sure, they're pesky, but get enough of them and they can add up to some big bucks pretty quick. Coinstar, here I come! i do until i cash them in. whatever i get its more than i had before i did it.
i save them up and take them to the coin star machine. not me. how else could we pay the famous ".99" on all those items we buy? (ie $12.99. $6.99 etc) It is just change, and fits nicely in my penny bank. When it is full (about 2 months), I have about $200. So, no, I don't hate them, because I love to shop. Not me -- money is money!
I like the store, JC Penney, too :) jumping up and down for attention and holding a sign " I hate pennies and I never have any". i do cuz they make my purse weigh 10 lbs
