Do people who go on the Internet and simply copy & paste thier answers deserve the 2 points?
You know, those people who go on wikipedia and just copy and paste....man, anyone can do that - what is knowledgeable about that??? That is lame and you should only answer if you know what you are talking about and can put into your own words in a concise, fluent manner.
Answers: hell no they should be suspended for that crap...In school they'd get a big fat ZERO!! I agree. That's cheating. I don't think it's cheating really. They are still researching and finding the answer, maybe read it over themselves and learned a bit about a new subject in the process.
They put forth more effort to find an answer then the one who asked the question did. 1 point for copy & 1 point for paste :) Should it really matter if we are helping someone out.To me there is not a right or wrong way of lending a hand.For someone to take the extra time to surf the net to help someone out immediately for they may need the answer right away and a person like you may not be around with your built in knowledge.Look at it this way we are like your little helpers : ) It's especially annoying when they give you a wiki link and never bothered to read thar wiki page so the answer's not even on it.... boy that's annoying.
