POLL: when was the last time you changed your bed clothes?
and did you vacuum the mattress? (to get the dust mites out?)
i don't mine today and yes, i vacuumed the mattress!

Answers: I change my sheets every week and hoover about once a month i done mine yesterday and yes i hoovered the mattress i changed my bed and hoovered the matress yesterday I change mine at least twice a week. 3 days ago. Did it today actually.
Vaccummed & turned the mattress. It's still unmade from yesterday. i dun it today and yes it got vacuumed aswell last week i change my bed sheet, blankets and pillow cases at least once a week. i changed the sheets but forgot to hoover the mattress but now you have reminded me i will do it ASAP thanks for that.... :O) changed them yesterday cos my daughter p###ed on them. didnt vaccum the mattress. too lazy! Changed four days ago. No didnt hoover it Two days ago, but I didn't vacuum. Not a bad idea. Maybe next time I'll remember to do it. my matress is like sleeping on a bed of nails....it's awful....but i change my bed on Thursdays and Mondays, but i must admit...i don't hoover the matress.... Last Thursday and I hoovered the matress.
I change the bedding every 7-10 days and hoover once a month.
Don't forget to throw back the duvet every morning to air the bed and open the windows. i do mine every Friday morning, rain hail or shine..My sons Saturday morning and my daughters Sunday morning.... Yesterday and yes I hoovered the mattress and the pillows and the curtains. and I do all of that once every two weeks. I put clean bed linen on our bed every single Friday without fail and vacuum the dust mites up at the same time. um changed the sheets the beginninng of this week i think. but ive never vacuumed my bed. wow you actually do that?!? last week? Two days ago and no I did not vac the dust mites, they hop on my cat.....
