My brother is a really serious guy. Last night he said he wasn't sure of anything but he saw a glowing circle lift of the ground and fly away in a line and than go up and dissapeared. I really don't beleive him, but is it possible?
Note: My brother wasn't sure, but his friends saw it and tons of people around here have claimed to have seen it.
