Has anyone heard of the Megan Williams case? It has gotten little coverage, but I think it should get more, esp. since her mother and her want people to know what happened to her.

i couldn't believe my eyes when i read the story. How can people commit such atrocities? And I can't believe the Duke case got more coverage than this. I'm so glad Megan made it alive and she is in my thoughts.
Answers: This really upsets me, & it's pathetic. My friend is crying right now, reading this. I'm so shocked I can't cry. A lot of people are just sick like that! those fuckin son of a bitches...i want to cut there throats and stab each one of them in the ....u know what... So sad. That's horrible! i didn't even here about this till now. people are never gonna change,they will always find some dumb reason to hate another person. its so sad. Oh God...how awful. Call me naive, but I'll never know how one person can set out to cause harm and inflict pain on another. Add to the fact that three of the assailants were women *women!!* and it makes me even angrier and sick beyond belief. That poor girl is soo tiny, so helpless. That she lived through it is almost unbelievable.
It doesn't surprise me that the Duke case got more attention than poor Megan did. How many children, women and men are assaulted, kidnapped, raped every day in so called "civilized society"? How many of those victims actually make it onto the news? Ah, but let a celebrity gain some weight, have a baby, get a divorce or get arrested and it makes headlines. That's one of the reasons I don't watch tv anymore. I just don't understand how people can do this to another human being! Normally I can rant, but I am speechless.....this is just horrible.....just horrible......
