All of a sudden....?
i feel this strange back pain
it's magnitude is unbearable
well i have been sitting on my bed for a very long time
and all of a sudden i feel this HUGE pain almost like an elpehant stepping on my back
AND YES I DID get off my lazy butt and walked around
but still no avail.. the pain is unbearable
what should i do?

It could be a slipped disk or a pinched nerve, or your back could be 'out of whack' and you need alignment. Either way, being tense doesn't help. You should lie your torso at the top of the stairs, with your legs dangling down the stairs for extended periods (this is 'professional advice' - seriously) Go for a swim, or see a chiro...you should get it seen to.
