Have you ever totalled your car?
Answers: nope...but I have been in a few that were. why...did you total yours?? Two cars but neither accidents were my fault. I was t-boned by a drunk driver, so technically, I didn't total it! nope
@ Yes. In January actually. I just bought it about 3 months before and it was super icy and I got in a roll over wreck. It was smashed. no thank God not yet Only when someone ran into me. This person ran a red light. Nope not yet, after i get my ferrari, that might just happen i've been in accidents but never totalled....knock on wood :( No, thank God. No, but I've partialled them a few times. nope, or i wouldn't still be driving it. Yes, with my elderly parents in it. They both survived, thank God, but talk about guilt....... I will not jinx myself by answering this question.!! nope..but my fiance killed his jetta...he cried. and he still whines about it. no but I did total my boyfriends car and no it wasn't my fault Yes I hit a patch of ice and flipped over a bank in my Sunrunner. I remember it well. Sign me: Lucky to be Alive Yes, rolled it on it's side like the Duke boys and brought it back on the wheels then into the ditch and hit a culvert. Too bad I don't remember that ride. Someone else hit me and totalled my car... i miss that car :-( Yes, unfortunately, I have. haha nope but my dad totalled his brothers corvette haha so i have a get out of jail free card =P Yup, and I was soooo happy to get rid of that crap car! Yes, I had one totaled by a stop sign runner last year. You really have to keep on the insurance companies to get them to pay quickly. The interest on the loan keeps adding up while they are messing around. many times...when i was 13, I stole my parents car and drove it into the back of the garage...that was 15 years ago and I still haven't lived it down! not while I was driving
but I have totaled a few trees Yes I rolled it. I was on a field trip, I went to community school my senior year because I was ahead in my credits and wanted to graduate early. Anyways the students would drive their cars to a field trip, not a big deal in the Upper Penesula of Michigan, but anyways.
We were on a dirt road and I was going faster then I should have, well I caught some sugar sand and it caused me to fishtail and as this was occuring in split seconds it kind of slowed for me. The speedometer flew up in a sort of dry hydroplane way. I was doing everything the opposite way I should have to gain control but I coudln't stop myself, and we fishtailed the other way back and hit a bank which pushed my car over.
I remember the roof crunching in on my side, the sounds of the busting glass and screams and then a momentary black out followed by hanging upside down from my seat belt, and having to crawl out the back passanger side window.
Thankfully everyone was okay, the doctors were actually amazed because with all the broken glass no one had a scratch on them. I totaled my pickup once. I was heartbroken. I had that truck for eight years and it was like my best friend. I still miss that ol' truck. Yes but I didn't total it. It was the idiot foreigner who hit me that totalled my Explorer. I was 8 months pregnant. I got hit on the passenger side rear. My truck flipped twice and then skid down the street on the roof for about 50 feet. It was horrible but luckily the baby was ok. Can't say the same for me, I've had 2 surgeries and am looking forward to one more!!!
