How does the weather effect your mood?!

Question:

How does the weather effect your mood?

It's overcast today with showers on and off. Days like this always makes me feel kinda sluggish and sad...and I eat more! lol I'm from Portland so I should be use to this!

Answers: Totally understand. I went to Eugene, OR many years ago to visit my relative. I could not STAY AWAKE despite getting plenty of sleep. I find the same thing here in MN. If it is overcast for a couple of days, I'm fighting to stay away. I think I need to move to the South! dark, rainy days make me tired. Its easier to fall asleep. Humid days make me really grouchy sunshine makes me happy!!! :)

<3. And when it is sunny I will clean a window or go out for out door fun. i have horrible allergies and the weather changes everyday here in Texas. it's not so much sunny or cloudy days. it's all about my allergies.

my mom used to live in Denver and the cloudy days would make her depressed. i forgot what the condition was called. maybe S.A.D.D. not sure. Whenever it rains I'm very calm and a little on the sleepy side. When it's cloudy I'm a bit sluggish and blah. When it's sunny I'm very happy and energetic. I don't know why, but I always feel this excitement when there is a foot of snow. When it rains, I feel thankful that I don't have to live out there, and I have an insulated house to sleep in. sluggish.......only in winter when I don't see enough of the sun Take vitamin D supplements. You get vitamin D from the sun. No sun, no vitamin D.... No vitamin D, no happy moods. Awwwww. It's been proven that people who don't get enough sunshine are total bummers. In extreme cases, it can cause a disease called Rickets. Summer, heat and humidity make me want to die. I feel very depressed and oppressed. Cool, dry and cold days wake me up and bring me back to life. Rain makes me happy for some reason.
The weather change always makes me breakout and i hate it! If it is hot and or humid I get extremely grumpy and very cynical. If it is rainy or snowing then I am very happy and love life! Yeah you either need some sunshine or go on a diet. It does.. I wish it would rain.. here as in we havent had that in such a looooong time. Portland WA? I have a cousin who lives not far from Seatlle. Been there ..Not sure what kind of weather would make me over eat or want more. I feel more agitated in dry weather. too much heat makes me lazy
i like 63-70 degree weather
i love cool days they make me happy and im usually energetic I honestly feel like I have a mild case of S.A.D.S. It occurs when ever the barometric pressure in the air is down. I get lazy, bored, and a little down, but its these days that I try to do things that are really entertaining. I like to rent an entire series of comedies (I like weeds and house) and just watch and of course EAT! When I can't do that I meet up with friends and just try to have a good laugh. The only flaw in this otherwise flawless system is school and work. These tend to get in the way of my TV watching sessions and usually make me even lazier. Aw! I love days like that. I get a babysitter and my fiance take our umbrellas (when it's poring) and we walk along the Boston Commons and sit down and the sound feels relaxing and calming. Than we kiss... That's how he purposed to me. And than we head to a bar and he takes me shopping. Ahhhh. Lucky. I live in Boston. It won't be like that until March. YUCK! I love the night, I get so overly hyper. I love when I'm at school or just out of the house and the clouds are covering the sun to make it darker. And rain is SUPER fun! But if I'm in my house, I feel really calm and lazy, don't feel like leaving.

During the sunnier days, I'm in a pretty good mood, but I noticed how when it's darker I'm more hyper and outgoing. I have lots of previousy broken bones and torn up joints from a 55mph motorcycle accident. I can tell the weather will change a full day before it does, and I get really cranky besides cracking and popping. It's not easy being me.* *poop deck pappy in winter i never want to get up in the morning! i think if there's somethignt to look forward to like a beautiful day it'll make you feel better and want to be active etc.
