Answers: Internal - because once you change internally then you usually change externally too. If you change externally but not internally, then usually you can't maintain the external change. Internal internal. i want to be emotionally stronger. both internal I need both but am starting with the internal change and then am hoping this will impact on the external changes. both external ... I want to physically change my net worth into Billions of Dollars ...... well this is a hard question because with internal exams they give versed and i love that **** but i hate internal exams sooo....depends on how I'm feeling that day i guess external ( i hav thunder thighs)
