What is your favorite home-cooked food dish?!

Question:

What is your favorite home-cooked food dish?

my favorite that I make is a dish with thick long slices of turkey breast, I make stuffing (totally stove-top, I know it's cheating, oh well...pirate..) and then roll the stuffing into the turkey slices. I put it in a roasting pan with baby carrots and sliced potatoes, make gravy, pour it on everything, then roast it. yummy. I love cooking.

Answers: you are making me hungry, that sounds really good ... not totally piratey though .. hehe
I would have to say either the mac and cheese that someone I know used to make (she moved, so I can't have it any more. :O( )
or I have a REALLY good potato soup recipe ...
or breaded marinated deep-fried deer tenderloin (don't think that recipe has a name, I made it up, but it's still shorter than yours. hehe)
or ... Oooh!! French silk pie!! chocolate, chocolate, and more chocolate ... oh yeah ....
I have to stop.
I am drooling and it's gonna drip on the keyboard and ruin it ... lol
