x Water and lots of it, try drinking a good few pints of it before you hit the pubs and a pint when you get home, hangovers are caused by dehydration. fruits.they got fructose which will boost you right up more booze Drink plenty of fluids. The reason you have a hangover is because you're dehydrated. Too much Alcohol? or am I missing the point?

No, seriously, good old lucozade does it for me. ginger ale and advil Stay drunk! water ,food(high in carbs )and rest! A bottle of Famous Grouse works every time. MASSIVE hangover 2 pain pills and lots of water.you will be ok drink a pint of water before going to bed, and take a couple of nurofen - that reduces brain swelling which give you a headache.
next morning, fresh orange juice and a multivitamin, scrambled eggs.
later on try diet coke and cheese and onion crisps. food! preferably homemade by someone else! And plenty flat diet coke does it for me time lots of rest and some serious sleep a nice glass of the strong stuff as sone as u wake up sorts me out every time anoth one is open windows and lye on the bed naked banana and crisp sandwiches Nothing really works so rather prevent it Water, lucozade, and sleep. i use a sports hydration drink called ISOSTAR
