How did Walt Disney figure out how to make people pay to stand in lines all day?!

Question:

How did Walt Disney figure out how to make people pay to stand in lines all day?

Answers: Genius He's a genius god told him He just made a high class six flags. He made some damn good advertising. Just the fact that he claims its the most magical place in the world, is brillant. Isn't it supposed to be a magical place for the kids to have fun and rape the wallets of innocent parents? Just shortly after he died. They didn't make us, we're just dumb enough to do it! HE THOUGHT UP DISNEYLAND! he got people to dress up like micky mouse to make time fly? great games and funny characters! The same way he dirtied up Aladin I suppose.... I don't think that was part of his master plan. He wanted people to come to enjoy themselves. I think Walt Disney would spin in his grave to see what his name is attached to these days. I don't think he would have liked it at all. I took my children to Disney World when they were younger, and out of the 5 hours we were there, we figured that we spent 3 hours and 20 minutes waiting in lines. By the last hour, my children were whining to go home. We do not remember that day fondly. Walt Disney actually made Disneyland, so he could take his daughters to other places besides the park, just a place to have fun with his family, and a family-fun-friendly environment. but yeah he was a genius my parents took me to disney world every summer from the 4th grade to my jr. year in high school. I'LL NEVER GO AGAIN!!!!

dont get me wrong...he's a genius, just not for me. He was smart. We went down there earlier this year and it was amazing seeing people/myself shell out money just to make the kids happy.

That smart pass or quick pass or whatever it is called really helped out. Where you get the ticket early in the day and then come back at a specific time and practically hop right on the ride. That way we could spend more time in the gift shops and overpriced food places. He wanted to build a place for kids to keep them off the streets. When he was alive, the prices were less because he wanted it to be affordable. He can't do anything about it now.
