Answers: Bush is just trying to glean points for his political resolve he is so obviously lacking. It appears to me that when it becomes blatantly apparent Bush is not speaking the truth he shows it by making unconscious grammatical errors. If you recall yourself him saying "The childrens will learn" and later vetoing the bill that would be used for increasing funds for children's education. Knowing this can anyone believe what he has to say? I dunno, its entriely up to you. I'm gunna say you shouldn't but whatevs. I don't know about his last speech, but I do know Bush is an untrustable idiot. Never trust any politician,any time,nor any place,nor any one,,,not never,not no how! yer whatever
