For the water at your house to get hot. It seems it takes forever here.
Answers: YES! We are in an old house. Our water heater is in the back of the house, and the water has to run under the house in exposed pipes. It takes at least 2 min for the water to finally get warm enough for a shower! It takes about five seconds. Then in the shower, it goes away after 20 minutes =( No, we just moved, and I think the hot water is just sitting there waiting to come out....it did at our last place however. What backwards part of the united states do you live in ? If it's taking more than a couple of seconds, move to another trailer park.
