Is this good progress,regarding my exercise program?!
Question: i started out lightly, with 2 five pound sand bags, worked my way up to 2 ten, then 2 twenty pound.. Now I'm working out with 2 FIFTY pound bags!
At this rate, I may soon start putting SAND in 'em!!!
