I will have some muesli with yogurt but not hungry just yet. Have been up for 2 hours and am at work but I never eat first thing, I can't face it!

Here we go - Bacon, egg, sausage, beans, hash browns, tomatoes, fried bread (not a lot) and bread and butter with a gallon of tea to wash it all down.

poached egg on bay's english muffin and two cups of coffee, ordinarily. sometimes nothing or a piece of fruit. i am diabetic and have to really watch it. usually eat because of doctor's orders. am never hungry until the evening. then is the time to watch it, for me. then good tasty food seems to stimulate my appetite and it can become an eating frenzy (e.g., the great white) unless i am careful about what i prepare. i try to avoid really tasty food. unfortunately, i am a very, very good cook. must keep it simple like lean cuisine, or salad or fruit etc. try to eat a lot of oatmeal. but that really gets tiresome.

Old-fashioned rolled oats, cooked in a saucepan, with some oatbran added.
Served with some stewed prunes and sugar-free mango and passionfruit yoghurt. Plus a bit of milk on top.
