Not my type but I will say a 6 as he has potential and I have seen alot worse on here.

I'd have to agree... about a 3 right now. BUT... maybe you could fix him up ;-P Cut his hair so that it's not just a mop on top of his head... style it a bit. Lose the glasses, and tryyy to convince him to lose the mustache. He's definitely got potential... he just hasn't done much with it yet. Good luck!
