Mine is also Excedrin. Caffiene, aspirin, and tylenol all in one. It's the "elixir" of the God's :) I can e-mail you some lol

lay down with an icepack on the forehead, and maybe one on the back of the neck. I used to get migraines all the time and that's what worked for me. :)
Also, I take regular aspirin.

Aleve with lots of water followed by a good two-hour sleep. It works every time.

The smell of peppermint. I put a few drops of peppermint essential oils in my bath and it relieves the headache and all of my tension within a few minutes. If you don't have any peppermint essential oils, just suck on some peppermints, or smell a peppermint candle. something about that just works!

if I am out of meds...I usually go for some caffeine, like coffee and then I take a nice hot shower and try to get some rest.

I suffer from migraines so actually Excedrin is the one I like.
If I cant get them I use aleve or advil. Almost everyone has them in their medicine cabinet.

What I do is have a cup of hot tea, ... a lite snack. And if possible a short nap. But really what works is the hot tea, because it is the herbs that does the trick. Theres a herbal tea for everything!
