I don't know about this "code" deal but when someone bad talks about someone for no reason or is talking of abuse then you bet I will report him/her I have done that three times and I do not take pleasure in doing so. I will not stand for anybody trashing anybody for no reason nor will I stand for anyone talking about abusing children.
