#3 builder and a fixer, does no good to complain, no one listens anyhow , i'd rather do it myself, at least then i know it is getting done*

I'd have to say neither.

i am not a worker! i'm the queen bee! lol!

Same as you,I am a builder and a fixer.
Too busy to be a complainer.
I am a cashier trying my best to get my ring tender up so everyone stops complaining at me.
generally fixer with maybe a little builder thrown in....
a combination of 1 and 4.
I'm creative but a procrastinator and a complainer until I realize my ideas could be gold! =)
Are you kidding? You forgot several roles:

The Initiator: As the name suggests, takes initiative, goes with his gut to get things done.

The Seeker/Giver: Spends time gather the facts, and providing honest information.

The Blocker: Always criticizes ideas, even the good ones. He will find the negative attributes of a rainbow if he had the chance.

The Social Loafer: Everyone loves this person, but he never gets any real work done, and he expects others to help him out because of his charisma.

The Recognition Seeker: The person who wants to take credit for everything. He'll even repeat good ideas with different wording in order to make it sound like his idea.

The Dominator(Dominatrix): Tries to control every aspect of work, and quite often feels the need to voice their opinion when it isn't asked for. They believe themselves to be the smartest people in the world, yet are really compensating for low self-esteem.

There are more, but that's all I can remember for the moment. I took that business course YEARS ago.... can't remember it all.
I'm a hard worker. My employers got more than their day's dollar out of me and they loved me for my work ethic.

I was also certainly every bit a builder since I would clean up huge office messes and re-organize and get places running again with everything in order. So I guess you could say a fixer too.

So given the choices I"d be # 3.
Never had the inclination to complain since I was being paid well, and when you're working the way you should, you shouldn't have any time to complain anyway.
not one of them

I'm a furniture seller in a big shop .
