I enjoy both ... but snow skiing tends to hurt a little more ... lol ... at least I come home with more bruises and bumps from the snow than the water - it's not always as soft as it looks ... !

Plus you don't have to find a friend to drive a boat. You can go whenever you want for a few hours by yourself or with a big group.
