Usually my questions are inspired by circumstance, like if I see or hear something that will trigger a thought in my head that turns into a question. I hope that makes sense.

Sometimes they pop into my head, somedays I have to think. Somedays I can go off of others. Its fun bantering around.

A little bit of both. Some come from chats like the one I just posted. lol Some pop into my head. Some require a little more thought. Depends a lot on my mood too, and how serious of a question it is.
