I believe the woman with her hair tied back. She may be beautiful once she fixes her self up. By her making sure her kids are well taken care of shows good qualities. The other would turn me off because if she so selfish to make sure she looks and her kids look bad then that tells me she is way to int her self and needs to check her priorities.

A little of both. It's very important for a mother to take good care of herself and her children. When she takes good care of herself, she is teaching her children how to take care of themselves by leading by example, which is the best way to teach a child. I don't think a mom has to spend hours to look nice, with "done" nails, etc..., but just a little effort only takes about twenty minutes in the morning, then you can focus on the children.

The kids always come first.

Even when I have the time to take care of myself first, I'm just not the glam type. I never wear makeup and I am much more comfortable in a nice pair of jeans and casual shirt. I feel out of place if I am "dressed up".
