I'd take a picture of it with my cell phone, make sure it came out properly, tell the waitress I wanted to speak with the manager, insist on not being charged for the meal, promptly leave then report it to the health department!

I'll kill the Roach... well my boyfriend will kill it...... then he'll grab the roach with a napkin and put it in the center of the table..... after that we will leave without any explanation!!!...... I think they'll understand why we left!!!
