I open a good old fashion book research the problem Then I face what ever is makeing me insecure and I work through it Then I work to improve my inner self

I find confidence in myself, though I sometimes seek the approval of others- I find myself not agreeable with what they have to say. People suck. So in the end I have only myself, and of course, the support of my husband.

i rather close my eyes to overcome insecurities and keep it to my self than telling it to everyone which could be unjust
