Yes but I know that if you shoot your neighbour his dog will start barking and will not stop. Once i told my neighbour to not throw his garbage in front of my door and his dog bite my leg. Be good to your neighbour. I am not disappointed I didn't win Nobel Peace Prize. Maybe some other time, I will try to win this prize. I don't believe I will win it because I have never won any prize.
