i don't think it's possible to strip naked whiile you're in sleep mode. you know it's been said psychologically and sometimes even medically that some people sleepwalk because their possessed by the devil. have you ever seen the movie the EXORCIST? it's kinda like that without the throwing up and 360 degree head spinning. next thing you know your sister will start climbing walls while asleep. your sister may be the real exorcist. cool.

So are you asking if it is likely that she will do that?
Lots of people have issues with sleep walking, but it is very, VERY rare for anyone to do anything as extreme (or dangerous) as that.
Even though she is asleep, her mind is going protect her on an unconscious level. Almost like a boundary... It is something the human mind has in place to protect people from hurting themselves or others in their sleep.
If she DOES become one of those rare people that begin to endanger herself while asleep, then she needs to get to a doctor and/or a sleep lab asap.

I use to sleepwalk when I was a kid and was found walking down the street in the middle of the night a couple of times!! They had to put locks on the doors up too high for me to reach!! If she manage to walk this far let her know that I would put her clothes back on her!! LOL
