I do like the saxophone; I always wanted to learn how to play it! The sound is awesome, the look is incredible with the smaller and then larger keys, and they always have great melody parts.

But what did I play?? The trombone--which was also very cool. :-)

The sax is awesome! Start on alto and eventually you can try tenor or bari. It is kind of expensive, though, hopefully that's not a problem. It is loud and good for playing jazz.

they're a close second to trumpets; loud, obnoxious, annoying, and funny (im talking about the players too!)

PS: im allowed to mock these instruments because im in 3 bands, and me and my bestie play trumpet and all my cool friends play saxamaphone (except for this one kid...)

Well, I play flute in the band. It's awesome! But yeah the Sax is cool. Plus, later on you can play in jazz band.
