for example if you don't take no and have sex with someone anyway, that is rape.
if you ask to borrow something and they say no and you take it anyway that is stealing. you need people's consent to keep from having problems.

Mostly, yes.
Not taking "no" for an answer could be taken to show that you basically feel your rights, feelings and ambitions take priority over others. I am sorry to say that this means you continually want your own way regardless of the feelings of others and you are plain selfish.
If someone says no, it's not for reasons of caprice or woolly thinking. They say it for a purpose.
Try to see their reasoning and see if they have as much, if not more, right to their point of view. What you are saying is a real problem in developing relationships as others will see you as selfish, unyielding and stubborn. Sorry to be so honest, but if I had a friend or girlfriend who refused to accept my "no" I would lose interest in the friendship.
