Answers: I mean do you just say your going to be my best.. For me I have this one friend that I met over the internet than finally we met in person after a year and before we met it was like she was my best friend.. I love her to death and all her flaws.. we tell each other everything even though we have completely different life styles we still have this love for one another.

Than I have my 2 boys.. Steve and Rick who use to be my nieghbors.. Some kind of way we became the 3 amigos our kids play together.. we hang out together shooting rang, drinking , Birthday parties,, even covering for one another when trouble is on the home front.. I mean totally unexpected but I love those guys and we are all from different races and sides of the track if you know what I mean.

I think your bestfriend comes so when you both are able to talk about nothing and still be entertained with one another, and when you feel you completely trust that person and value their opinion... It sometimes can be an uspoken thing that you guys are bestfriends and one day u both will look up and be introducing eachother to people as bff's.... Im real picky on who is my best friend I have one female bf and 1 male bf...

My new found male bestfriend replaced the other I had. He reminds me alot of the old one I had it amazes me sometimes.. I love him to death too!!

my best friend is my friend who was with me in 11th n 12th grade. we weren't VERY close in high school - just normal friends.
i realised she was sooo cloes to me after we left school, and went to different colleges.
i dont like net friendships - i've had back luck with them! i always find myself fallin in love with them. n then it becomes very complicated.

Honestly I've asked myself this a thousand times .. Every time I think of the shitheads I've had as friends .. I have absolutely no idea. My hubby became my best friend because we've known each other for 9 years... We know everything about each other

When you get to the point that you can predict exactly what each other is thinking, then i think you've made it to that point. I've got two friends that I've known for the last 9 years and sometimes we can answer each other's questions before they even ask it. Or when one of us does something stupid, the others know just by how that one is acting, even if they didnt catch it. It's hilarious.

I actually only met my best friend a year and a half ago....almost two years now....the interesting thing is that when we were both little, our dads used to work with each other and they were really great friends...I don't think I can remember playing with her when we were both 5 years old....then my family moved out to my dad's old farm and I guess her family moved to Oregon at the same time.....then just a couple years ago, our dads bumped into each other one time and I met her and since then we have become absolutely inseperable...(except for the fact that we live nearly two hours away from each other, but IMing keeps us strong!) It's interesting because we both had such different childhoods, yet we're practically the same! We practically grew up in two different worlds...she had the wet and cold one and I had the dry and hot one... I have no clue what I'd do without her, because she's the one I turn to most of the time with my problems and vice versa for her...We have lots of little inside jokes and we swear we could be Jedi twins! (because we always finish each other's sentences and always can pick up on each other's moods and feelings)
And then there's her sister.....we three are kinda like the three amigos too...but probably more like the three musketeers....We do absolutely everything together! Life would be so utterly dull without them.

I have this friend who is like a sister 2 me she is 10 years older than me but we are the same, we have been through alot together, Friendships are hard work, we have to put forth effort to make it work, she is married and has a child and i am single, it has its hard times. but i love her to death

well I only have 1 bestfriend...that's all i need..we met 6th grade year in JHS..she was friend since then..when, i was younger anyone who i hung out with for a long period of time was my bestfriend..lol..for real..but thats not what it's all about..(i've learned that as i got older)..but my bf and I are like sisters..we have the same views about everything..she supports me in anything i do,she's never afraid to tell me the truth, I can't think of time that i needed her and she wasn't there..and i do the same for her.. It's funny because we never fight...EVER..and i think thats special..like if she lost her legs or something, i'd amputate one of mine and give it to her...then we would both have 1 leg...lol..(crazy example, but u know where im coming from..) love her to death.
