No i try to answer questions I am interested in or feel qualified to answer. I have lived an interesting life and am broadly educated so I can answer many things but try not to appear rude, sometimes I'm sure I do though.
I have a best answer rating of about 33-35% and I think it is because I really do try to give meaningful answrs.

Or maybe you have a friend you want to say something bad to about a question they have asked you but you didn't have the guts to tell them to their face and you know they will go to yahoo answers so you wait an say something bad there to avoid the confrontation?

Nope-but had it done to me..
I once answered a question in a rude manner and received an email from another respondent telling me how bad I was. After laughing about it because I realized I was out of line, I tried replying only to find the person who yelled at me couldn't receive emails. I figured that frustration was enough.
